In order to reduce hygiene deficiencies in the hospitality industry, food inspectors and consumer protection ministers are calling for a so-called "hygiene certificate" in accordance with Annex 1 of the Food Hygiene Regulation (§ 4 para. 1 sentence 1).

An important component of this "hygiene certificate" are the hygiene training and follow-up instructions according to §43 para. 4 Infection Protection Act. Both can be easily and flexibly conducted online at the BAV Online Training.
