Important decisions of the ALTS published!
The results of the latest ALTS working conference (79th working conference from 19th to 21st June 2017) have been published on the BVL homepage. Important decisions are made there that are highly relevant to the food industry. Some decisions concern, for example:
- Labeling of small packages
- Assessment of pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica in foods
- Water addition in raw fish products
- Labeling of cooked ham composed of different ham parts
