Official public information according to §40 paragraph 1a of the German Food and Feed Code (LFGB) regarding violations by individual companies of food or feed law regulations is generally possible. However, individualized official information about consumption-relevant legal violations on the internet is regularly limited in time by law. The legislator must establish a regulation on the duration of publication by 30.04.2019, after which the existing regulation might be reapplied.
