The Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) has published an information leaflet together with the aid infodienst, summarizing the most important hygiene rules in eight different languages.
The 6-page information sheet was published for communal catering but can also be helpfully used in all areas of food production. The topics covered are “Personal Hygiene”, “Food Hygiene”, and “Kitchen Hygiene”.
