Meat industry business from North Rhine-Westphalia successfully sues against "Corona regulations"

Slaughterhouses, cutting plants, and meat processing plants with more than 100 employees in production were generally required to be tested for the coronavirus twice a week at the owner’s expense.

A meat processing company successfully appealed against this order from 20.07.2020.
