We aim to offer our customers fast and reliable services, which is why we have already established the following parameters as accredited 24-hour rapid methods:

• Listeria monocytogenes
• Coagulase-positive staphylococci
• Salmonella
• STEC/EHEC
• Presumptive Bacillus cereus

Results of germ identifications are generally available within a few hours using Maldi-Tof.

We will maintain our goal in 2018 and establish further rapid methods. For the following parameters, we want to provide even faster results in the future:

• Aerobic mesophilic total bacterial count in 24 hours (previously: 3 days)
• Yeasts and molds in 2 to 3 days (previously: 5 days)

We inform our customers through our newsletter as soon as the new rapid methods are introduced.
