Müller-Brot: Responsible Parties in Court - In BAV Newsletter 01/2014

Charges are being brought against the managing directors, the operations manager, the production manager, and the head of quality management of Müller-Brot for the distribution of products that were not suitable for consumption. The three managing directors are also accused of delaying insolvency and fraud. In 2012, Müller-Brot made headlines several times due to poor hygienic conditions.
