New ALS statements published

The Working Group of Food Chemistry Experts of the Federal States and the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (ALS) discusses issues regarding products subject to the German Food and Feed Law.

The results of these discussions are regularly published as statements on the BVL's website.
This was once again done on March 15, 2019, with the statements from the 112th session on September 11-12, 2018.
The topics this time included questions about the correct labeling of food, peculiarities of wine law, and genetically modified organisms.
