New Information Sheet on Kitchen Hygiene - In BAV Newsletter 01/2014

The Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) has supplemented its extensive series of consumer leaflets with important rules for private kitchen hygiene. Although the leaflets are primarily aimed at consumers, they do provide a clear compilation of the basic hygiene rules when handling food and protecting against infection. They are therefore quite suitable for making important matters particularly easy to understand for employees in the professional sector, such as during training or briefings.
