In April 2019, the following standards in the field of food hygiene were newly published:

• DIN 10541 "Food hygiene - Milk vending machines - Hygiene requirements"
• DIN 10518 "Food hygiene - Production and dispensing of non-prepackaged ice cream and soft ice cream to the consumer - Hygiene requirements, testing"
