New Fragrance Regulation Cosmetics Regulation (EU) 2023/1545
The deadlines concerning extended fragrance labeling of cosmetics according to Regulation (EU) No. 2023/1545 in conjunction with the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 are approaching.
Until the following deadlines, cosmetics can still be sold according to existing regulations:
- July 31, 2026: all new products
- July 31, 2028: for all products on the market
This means that from August 1, 2028 at the latest, cosmetics not labeled according to the new regulation will no longer comply with applicable law.
