New hygiene guideline and information sheet for "coffee-to-go" cups
Against the backdrop of initiatives by some federal states to reduce waste by promoting the serving of hot beverages as "coffee-to-go" in customer-owned or reusable cups, the Bavarian State Ministry for Environment and Consumer Protection asked BLL in January 2017 to describe a cross-industry guideline with advice on hygiene practices.
