New Initiative: Topf Secret - "Mission Meat"
Foodwatch and FragdenStaat have launched a new initiative for more transparency in meat inspections. Citizens should be able to query the results of the last official hygiene inspection in the production facilities of sausage and meat products on a platform. So far, authorities have only published the results in exceptional cases.
The issue is known and the project is highly controversial.
