New Guideline "Reusable Containers - Hygiene when Handling Customer-Owned Containers for the Dispensing of Food in Service or Self-Service" published.

The guideline "Reusable Containers - Hygiene when Handling Customer-Owned Containers for the Dispensing of Food in Service or Self-Service" is considered an economic guideline and has been reviewed by all federal states. It includes the relevant legal aspects, the necessary operational requirements, and provides food business operators with recommendations on how they can ensure the proper, hygienic handling of customer-owned containers, especially during the filling process.
