New Preamble to the Recommendations "Microbiological Guidelines and Warning Values for Foods by the DGHM"

The revision of the preamble of the recommendations "Microbiological Guidance and Warning Values for Foods by DGHM" will soon be published on the Beuth Verlag website and the DGHM website.

In addition to some editorial changes, the terms Guidance and Warning Value have been translated into English. "Guidance Values" for Richtwerte and "Critical Values" for Warnwerte. Our Managing Director, Mr. Andrei, is a member of this DGHM working group, and we can always provide you with current and competent advice on these issues.
