NEW "TentaSpeed L. mono": Detect Listeria spp. and Listeria monocytogenes in food within 6h!

With the newly developed "TentaSpeed L. mono" rapid method at the BAV INSTITUTE, low germ counts of Listeria spp. and/or L. monocytogenes can be detected in food within just 6 hours.

The method has been successfully tested for various food groups, such as meat and fish products, dairy products and cheese, salads, delicatessen, and convenience products. The detection limit is < 20 CFU/g.

This is a breakthrough for the BAV INSTITUTE, as it is the first time that results for Listeria spp. and Listeria monocytogenes in food are available within a few hours.
