New guideline values for allergens

At the beginning of 2021, new ALS guideline values are to be published and implemented. These values are significantly lower for some allergens than before. To ensure the safety and accurate labeling of our customers' products, we have already updated our methods. The detection limit has been reduced by a factor of 100 in some cases due to the improvement of examination methods.
