New ISO Standard DIN ISO/TR 18811 on the Stability of Cosmetics

With the mentioned ISO standard, a new guideline for the stability testing of cosmetic products has been published. This standard provides guidance on the selection of test parameters as well as storage time and temperature.

Stability data (both microbiological and physicochemical) are necessary for every new product placed on the market as part of the safety report according to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
