The food industry will have to face the topics of sustainability and resource conservation in the future. The challenges for companies, but also for brand owners, are complex and require foresight, change, and well-founded decisions to remain competitive.
For this reason, the online seminar "How can we avoid food losses in the food industry" will take place on December 14, 2021.
The seminar of CPM (Consumer Protection Management) addresses the topic of food rescue and provides impulses for building new or modifying existing processes and sustainable actions in the production context.
