In July, a conference on microbiological guideline and warning values took place at the Technical University OWL in Lemgo. More than 150 participants from food production and trade, investigation offices, laboratories and science took the opportunity to learn about the working methods of the Permanent Working Group (StAG) "Microbiological Guideline and Warning Values of the DGHM".
