Public recalls on www.lebensmittelwarnung.de: "Other reasons" can also be mold! - Part 2 -
A current public recall by a Danish large bakery from Thisted shows that the category "other reasons" can also include mold fungi: Burger buns with sesame are being recalled in several German federal states. We recently reported on the case of a superficially contaminated semolina dessert.
What stands out about this recall: it contains no information about the address of the responsible company and the distribution chain. Information regarding a telephone consultation (hotline) and on the issue of reimbursement is also missing.
