The Food Microbiology and Hygiene Working Group of the German Society for Hygiene and Microbiology (DGHM) has been publishing recommendations for the evaluation of microbiological test results of food for about 25 years. Mr. Andrei (Managing Director of BAV) is a member of this working group and is involved in the development of these values.
