Recall: Alnatura Spirelli - In BAV Newsletter 01/2011

Traces of the mold toxin DON (Deoxynivalenol) that exceeded the limit values were found in the pasta with the expiry date 16.09.2013. Deoxynivalenol can be formed as a metabolic product of fusarium fungi on infested grains. Deoxynivalenol is a mycotoxin and is considered a health risk.
