Recall: Vegetarian Schnitzel with Listeria - In BAV Newsletter 01/2012

The Swiss retail company Migros is recalling breaded Cornatur products. The affected products have been on sale since early January 2012.

During a random inspection by the supplier, disease-causing listeria were detected in a breaded vegetarian product. Quorn Schnitzel with cream cheese-spinach and mozzarella-pesto filling as well as mini nuggets are affected.
