Recalls WPR-Products Microbiology - Pseudomonas aeruginosa & Co
Cleaning, washing and detergent products (CWD products) - alongside cosmetics - are repeatedly recalled due to microbial contamination (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pluralibacter gergoviae, Burkholderia cepacia and other microorganisms).
CWD products such as floor cleaners, dishwashing detergents and other products must be stable and microbiologically safe, just like cosmetics. Specific limit values are not available, so the microbiological quality is generally assessed in accordance with ISO 17516 for cosmetics.
The consequences of contaminated products can be serious for companies.
Ensure the microbiological quality of your CWD products, we thoroughly check microbiological parameters for you. We also support and advise on whether testing is necessary for your product or not, and how often such tests are indicated.
