Revised BLL guideline on the use of geographical indications in bread designations
The BLL guideline on the use of geographical indications in bread names replaces the previously existing "Guideline for Bread and Baked Goods".
The guideline has now been adapted to a new layout and is available on the BLL homepage under the "Information Material" section.
