<em>Revision of the Guidelines for Edible Mushrooms and Edible Mushroom Products</em>

The new guidelines for edible mushrooms and edible mushroom products have been published in the Federal Gazette. The revision mainly concerns canned mushrooms, truffles, and the list of common edible mushroom species in the appendix of the guidelines.

The new version of the guidelines will soon be available on the homepage of the German Food Book Commission or at the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL).
