Timetable of the European Commission for Lifting the COVID-19 Containment Measures (C 126/01 of 14.04.2020)

In this roadmap, for example, the criteria are mentioned for when the time is right to ease containment measures:

• Epidemiological criteria showing that the virus is spreading significantly more slowly
• Sufficient capacities of health systems
• Adequate monitoring capacities, including comprehensive testing capacities to detect and monitor the spread of the virus
