Saarland publishes the first resolutions of the Consumer Protection Ministers' Conference (VSMK) from June 13-15, 2018, at www.saarland.de such as:

Proof of Expertise for Food Entrepreneurs
VSMK requests the federal government to examine whether and how a hygiene certificate (proof of expertise for food entrepreneurs without relevant training prior to opening a catering business) can be legally anchored.

All resolutions of the 14th Consumer Protection Ministers' Conference will be published in a joint protocol on the VSMK website after approval by the federal states. We will inform you about it.
