On November 9th and 10th, 20017, our Food Symposium will take place in Offenburg.

Our conference director Dr. Gerd Fricke (Head of the responsible department of the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety BVL, Berlin) will guide you through the two exciting days and our topics such as Hygiene Traffic Light, Self-Inspections, Microbiology, EU Control Regulation.
