Seminar: Implementing Hygiene and HACCP Made Easy!
You will receive an overview and practical information on the topic of food hygiene and HACCP. With this knowledge, as well as practical templates or worksheets, you will be enabled to create hygiene plans or introduce a practice-oriented hygiene and HACCP concept in your own operation.
This seminar is aimed at responsible employees from food businesses, communal catering, and gastronomy. The contents of the seminar are important for, for example, department, production, and kitchen managers or their deputies, or hygiene and HACCP officers.
