EstablishmentofaprojectgroupListeriamonocytogenes–Investigationsaspartofself-monitoring(AFFLresolution)

The AFFL (Working Group on Meat and Poultry Meat Hygiene and Specific Questions of Foods of Animal Origin) of the Länderarbeitsgemeinschaft Verbraucherschutz decided in May 2019 to establish a project group on the topic of Listeria monocytogenes. The project group aims to identify areas of action that seem suitable for improving the reliability of the companies' self-monitoring systems with regard to the prevention of outbreaks of illness caused by Listeria monocytogenes.
