Several implementing regulations have been adopted for Regulation (EU) No. 2017/625

The following implementing regulations were published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 21.06.2019:

• Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/1012 of 12.03.2019 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council with derogations concerning the designation of border control posts and the minimum requirements for border control posts
• Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1013 of 16.04.2019 on prior notification of shipments of certain categories of animals and goods entering the Union
• Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1014 of 12.06.2019 with detailed provisions concerning the minimum requirements for border control posts, including control centers, and the format, categories, and abbreviations to be used in the listing of border control posts and control points
