In the latest BAV newsletter on current topics in the cosmetics industry, we explained the first steps in developing a hazard analysis and risk assessment (according to Chapter 2.1.3 of the IFS HPC Version 1) up to the creation and confirmation of the flowchart. In this issue, the subsequent steps of such a concept are described, and the requirements for determining the relevant control points are presented.
