After the last newsletter, which focused on setting up an environmental monitoring system and the first monitoring area "Water," we would like to examine two more areas of environmental monitoring in detail in this newsletter. On the one hand, the area of raw materials/intermediate checks, and on the other hand, the area of surfaces, which includes checking equipment hygiene and personnel hygiene.
