Statements of the ALS
In August, the statements of the ALS (Working Group of Food Chemical Experts of the Federal States and the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety) were published. The statements were adopted at the 105th meeting of the ALS in April 2015 and serve to coordinate the authorities of the federal states with each other. A selection of the statements is summarized in this newsletter.
