Tentamus Seminar "Food Fraud"
The issue of food fraud has increasingly attracted the attention of authorities and consumer protection organizations in recent years. The Tentamus Center for Food Fraud (TCF²), specifically founded by our laboratory group to combat food adulteration and fraud, invites you to a seminar in Berlin in the summer of 2018. (View seminar agenda here)
In the seminar, we aim to provide you with current knowledge to help you protect yourself against food fraud.
We will examine the issue from various perspectives:
- Requirements of standard-setters (e.g., IFS, etc.)
- Implementation of the requirements in practice
- Analytical possibilities for detecting food fraud
- Experience reports from the industry
A concluding tour of our partner laboratory, bilacon GmbH, will round off the program.
The seminar will be conducted by TCF² on June 12, 2018, at the premises of bilacon GmbH.
For further information about the seminar and to register, Mr. Arne Dübecke (arne.duebecke@tentamus.com) from TCF² is at your disposal.
We look forward to welcoming you to our seminar!
