Tentamus Seminar "Food Fraud" on 06/12/2018 in Berlin!
The topic of food fraud has gained increased attention from authorities and consumer organizations in recent years. The Tentamus Center for Food Fraud (TCF²), specifically established to combat food adulteration and fraud, invites you to a seminar in Berlin in the summer of 2018.
In the seminar, we aim to provide you with the latest knowledge that will help you protect yourself against food fraud.
We will examine the topic from various perspectives:
- Requirements of standard setters (e.g. IFS, etc.)
- Implementation of the requirements in practice
- Analytical possibilities to detect food fraud
- Experiences from the industry
A concluding tour of our partner laboratory, bilacon GmbH, rounds off the program.
