Tentamus Seminar "Food Fraud" on 06/12/2018 in Berlin!
The topic of food fraud has attracted increased attention from authorities and consumer organizations in recent years. The Tentamus Center for Food Fraud (TCF²), established specifically to fight food adulteration and fraud, invites you to a seminar in Berlin in the summer of 2018.
In the seminar, we aim to provide you with up-to-date knowledge that will help you protect yourself against food fraud.
To this end, we examine the topic from various perspectives:
- Requirements from standard setters (e.g. IFS, etc.)
- Implementation of requirements in practice
- Analytical possibilities for detecting food fraud
- Experience reports from the industry
A final tour through our partner laboratory, bilacon GmbH, rounds off the program.
