Update on the Release of MOH Guideline Values

As reported in our news on 05/09/19, the LAV (State Working Group on Health Consumer Protection) and the BLL (German Federation for Food Law and Food Science e. V.) have published guideline values for mineral oil hydrocarbons (MOH = MOSH, MOSH analogs and MOAH) based on already existing test results from monitoring and the food industry.

The VSMK (Consumer Protection Ministers' Conference) welcomes this minimization concept and assures its support. The project will now be further developed in a timely manner.
