Updated BfR Information on Food Hygiene, Cleaning and Disinfection
On May 14, 2020, the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) published an updated leaflet "Tips for Consumers on Food Hygiene, Cleaning, and Disinfection".
The publication particularly explains basic concepts on the topic of cleaning and disinfection and elucidates their significance.
