As reported by the Badische Zeitung, about a third of cheese and sausage counters in Baden-Württemberg are not weighing correctly. During an inspection by the Office of Weights and Measures, nearly 34% violations were found in 430 checks. Smaller artisanal companies were most frequently criticized.
