Chemical tests

We provide a wide range of chemical tests on foodstuffs. Since we maintain a network of partner laboratories, we are also able to provide chemical analyses . We will find the right lab for you and guarantee that your samples will always be analysed by real experts. And responsible for the advice given to you and any processing of your orders is always your designated BAV account manager.

The tests and analyses include, e.g.:

  • nutrition values
    e.g. Big 4, Big 7, Big 8, fats, fatty acids, protein, sugar, dietary fibres
  • tests for residues and hazardous substances, contaminants
    e.g. mycotoxins, heavy metals, dioxins, furans, acrylamide, 3-MCPD…
